A dental family, one sharp edge at a time
SharpLine Dental was built on a hands-on understanding of what a dental team actually needs from its instruments.
Alisa's connection to dentistry started at home. Her family has run the "Hay" Dental Center in Lviv, Ukraine, since 1999, and she grew up around the clinic before earning her own dental degree there in 2008. She went on to complete clinical practice in Kraków, Poland, and spent three years in a city hospital's oral surgery department before moving to the United States, where she's worked as a dental assistant for twelve years.
She's now continuing her education as a dental hygiene student at Harper College — where instrument sharpening is part of the curriculum — and she started SharpLine Dental to bring that combined clinical and technical background directly to local practices. She works with dental teams in five languages, which comes in handy across Chicagoland's diverse dental community.
The Hay Dental Center, Lviv
SharpLine's approach to instrument care traces back to a family clinic that's been open since 1999 — a place where the details of a well-maintained instrument tray were never an afterthought. That standard is what SharpLine brings to every practice it works with today.
