A straightforward pickup-and-return process built to fit around your practice's schedule, not the other way around.

Call, text, or email to set a pickup day that fits your office. Standing weekly or biweekly pickups are available for practice accounts.

We collect your dulled instruments directly from your office at the scheduled time — no need to ship or drop anything off.

Each instrument is inspected, honed to its correct angle, tested for sharpness, and finished for a clean, burr-free edge.

Sharpened instruments are delivered back to your office, typically within 2–3 business days of pickup.

How we handle your instruments

Instrument care doesn't stop at the sharpening bench — here's what happens before and after.

Instruments should be cleaned and sterilized by your office beforehand, per your practice's standard infection-control protocol.

Instruments travel in labeled, secure containers between your office and ours — nothing loose, nothing unaccounted for.

Each instrument is tracked by practice and set, so what comes back to you is exactly what you sent.

Our process is built with HIPAA and OSHA awareness in mind, respecting the same standards your practice already follows.

Good to know

Most orders are turned around within 2–3 business days from pickup to return. Rush turnaround may be available — just ask when you schedule.

We currently serve dental practices across Chicagoland. If you're outside that area, reach out — we may still be able to help.

If an instrument is too worn or damaged to sharpen safely, we'll flag it and let you know rather than return it as-is.

No — you can start with a one-time pickup. A monthly account is available once you know your practice's regular volume.
